# MyVenueHQ > MyVenueHQ is venue management software for event and wedding venues. It runs inquiries, bookings, e-signed contracts and invoices in one dashboard, with forms, 2D and 3D floor plans, menus, packages and BEOs beside them, and HQ, an AI assistant that drafts replies and answers questions from your own records. It syncs bar sales from your POS into its revenue reports. It is free for up to 10 events a month, then $49 a month. MyVenueHQ is made by the MyVenueHQ team for independent event and wedding venues in the United States. Prices are in US dollars. The Venue plan bills monthly or yearly: $49 a month or $490 a year, plus $15 a month or $150 a year for each extra venue. Cancel in the app or by email, with no minimum term. ## Pricing - Free: $0. 1 venue, 2 staff seats; 10 events a month; 250 contacts; BEOs, floorplans, menus; Proposals, invoices, deposits; Ticketing, 5% buyer fee. No POS sync or contracts. - Venue: $49 a month, or $490 a year. The calendar, proposals, contracts, invoices, floorplans and BEOs run in one dashboard, and bar sales sync into the same revenue reports, so you stop paying for a separate booking tool, signing app and floorplan tool. - No sales call in the way. You start free with no card and no demo. On Venue, the MyVenueHQ team spends an hour setting up your first event with you. - Invoice payments settle in the venue's own Stripe, Square or PayPal account. MyVenueHQ does not take a percentage. ## Features - HQ, the AI assistant: A daily briefing, answers from your own records, reply drafts, and held dates and reminders that wait for your click. - Inquiries and calendar: Inquiries from the form on your website arrive ready to turn into a booking in one click, on a calendar that holds every room. - Proposals: Send a proposal from the event. The client opens it from a link and accepts it online. - Contracts and e-signature (Venue plan): Start from your own template, attached to the event. Clients sign from a link on their phone, no account needed. - Invoices and deposits: Deposit and balance on one invoice, paid by card into your own Stripe, Square or PayPal. - Floorplans in 2D and 3D: Lay out tables, bar and dance floor for each event, and show the client the room before they arrive. - BEOs and menus: Timings, courses and dietary counts go to the kitchen on one sheet, pulled from the event. - Packages and add-ons: Price your packages and add-ons once, then drop them into any proposal instead of retyping the menu. - Client portal: Couples and planners see their documents, invoices and messages in one place instead of asking you for them. - Automations: When a booking changes status, send the contract, the invoice or a follow-up email without doing it by hand. - Bar and POS sales (Venue plan): Connect Square, Clover, Toast or Lightspeed and sync its sales into your revenue report, next to deposits and tickets. - Revenue reporting: Revenue by day or by month across bookings, ticket sales and the bar, so you can see which months and events pay. - Ticketing: Sell tickets to your own nights from your website. Free plan buyers pay a 5% fee; on Venue there is none. - Forms: Build your own forms, publish one on a link and see each submission in the app. ## Pages - [Home](https://myvenuehq.com/): what MyVenueHQ is, with live product demos - [Pricing](https://myvenuehq.com/pricing): every plan and limit - [MyVenueHQ facts](https://myvenuehq.com/facts): what it is, who it is for, what it costs for one or several venues, what the free plan and trial include, what the AI does and what still needs a person, and what it does not do - [Wedding venue software](https://myvenuehq.com/wedding-venue-software): how a wedding runs from inquiry to bar tab - [Event floor plan software](https://myvenuehq.com/event-floor-plan-software): 2D and 3D layouts drawn to scale - [AI venue management software](https://myvenuehq.com/ai-venue-management-software): what the AI assistant does today (a daily briefing, questions answered from your own records, inquiry reply drafts, and actions that wait for your click), what it does not do, how you stay in control, and how to judge AI in any venue software - [Venue management software](https://myvenuehq.com/venue-management-software): what venue management software covers and what MyVenueHQ does for each job (inquiries, calendar, proposals, contracts, payments, floor plans, follow-up, the AI assistant, several venues), with a booking from first message to the day, plan prices and the limits of the product - [Multi-location venue management](https://myvenuehq.com/multi-location-venue-management): running two or more venues from one account: switch between venues from one menu, one subscription and one bill, - [AI venue management software](https://myvenuehq.com/ai-venue-management-software): what the AI assistant does today (a daily briefing, questions answered from your own records, inquiry reply drafts, and actions that wait for your click), what it does not do, how you stay in control, and how to judge AI in any venue software - [Event venue CRM](https://myvenuehq.com/event-venue-crm): how inquiries from the booking page, forms, tour page and API queue by how long they have waited (New, Replied, Ready to book, Declined), convert to events, follow up by email and show which lead sources book events with cost per booking; MyVenueHQ is venue management software for event and wedding venues. Inquiries, proposals, contracts, invoices, floorplans and BEOs all live in one dashboard, so the details are typed once, and POS sales sync into its revenue reports. ### What does venue management software do? It runs an event space’s business: inquiries, one calendar for every room, proposals, contracts and deposits, then the floorplan, BEO and timeline staff work from on the day. Event booking software covers the booking; venue management software carries it through to the event. ### Is the free plan actually free? Yes. One venue, two staff seats, 10 events a month and 250 contacts, with proposals, invoices and deposits, BEOs, floorplans, menus and ticketing. Tickets sold on Free carry a 5% buyer fee. ### Does it stop double bookings? Yes. One calendar holds every room, and a booking that clashes with another in the same room is stopped before it saves. ### Can I bring my bookings over? Yes. Add your upcoming events and contacts as you go; each takes about a minute. On the Venue plan, the MyVenueHQ team spends an hour setting up your first event with you. ### Do my clients need an account? Not to accept a proposal or sign a contract. They open a link from their email and do it from their phone. ### How do I cancel? In the app, go to Settings, Your account, Plan and billing, and press Cancel my plan, or email hello@myvenuehq.com from the account owner’s address. A monthly plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for, a yearly plan at the end of the year. There is no annual contract. ### What does the $49 plan add? Unlimited events, contacts and staff seats, contracts with e-signature, POS sync from Square, Clover, Toast or Lightspeed, and ticketing with no per-ticket cut. It starts with a 14-day trial. ### Why is the Venue plan $49 a month? The plan is all MyVenueHQ charges: no fee on your invoices, no per-seat or per-ticket charge on Venue, and no setup fee. One dashboard replaces the booking tool, signing app and floorplan tool most venues pay for separately. ### What happens if I pass 10 events on Free? Nothing you have booked is touched. New events pause until the first of next month, or until you upgrade. Inquiries do not count toward the 10. ### Can MyVenueHQ be the CRM for a wedding venue? Yes. An inquiry from the form on your website arrives as an inquiry, and its event moves from inquiry to tentative to confirmed, with the client’s details in the dashboard. Automations send the contract, the invoice or a follow-up when the status changes. ### Will someone help me set it up? Yes. Venues on the Venue plan get an hour with the MyVenueHQ team to set up their first event together, and anyone can email hello@myvenuehq.com. ### Is there a yearly plan? Yes. $490 a year for one venue, which is two months free against paying monthly, and $150 a year for each extra venue. You choose it at checkout. It starts with the same 14-day trial. ### Is there a money-back guarantee? Yes. Email hello@myvenuehq.com within 30 days of your first payment, monthly or yearly, and we refund it in full. ### Will the price go up? Not for you if you subscribe in 2026: today’s price is locked for as long as you stay subscribed. Any later increase is announced at least 30 days ahead. ### Which POS systems does it read from? Square, Clover, Toast and Lightspeed. You connect one with an API token from its dashboard, then press Sync to bring in the last week of sales. ### Where does the money from invoices go? Into your own Stripe, Square or PayPal account, the one you connect. ### I run more than one venue. Add each extra venue for $15 a month, or $150 a year, on the same subscription and bill. Each venue keeps its own calendar, contacts, documents and staff, and you switch between them with one login. MyVenueHQ does not combine calendars or revenue across venues. ### Can I get my data out? Yes. Your data exports on request, and it stays yours.
