Winery event software for weddings, private events and wine dinners

MyVenueHQ is winery event software for estates and vineyards that host weddings, private events and wine dinners. Breweries use it the same way for taproom buyouts and beer dinners. Free for your first 10 events a month.

What should winery event software do?

It should book every space on the property without a clash, get the contract signed and the deposit paid, and give the kitchen and bar a BEO. Your ticketed nights and tasting room sales should land in the same revenue report. MyVenueHQ does all of that in one dashboard.

How MyVenueHQ fits a winery or brewery

What an events manager at a winery or brewery needs, and where we stand on each today.

You needIn MyVenueHQHow it works
Weddings from inquiry to final countYesInquiry, proposal, signed contract, deposit schedule, floor plan and BEO on one event. The couple confirms the final count in the client portal.
Barrel room, lawn, patio and taproom bookingsYesEach space has its own calendar. An event you create or move that overlaps another in the same space is refused.
Wine dinners, release parties and beer dinnersYesSell tickets from your website. Free plan buyers pay a 5% fee, and on Venue there is none.
Tasting room and taproom salesYesSync Square, Clover, Toast or Lightspeed sales into the revenue report beside deposits and tickets. Venue plan.
Buyout minimums and service chargeYesSet a food and beverage minimum on a buyout or a default per space, and the invoice can charge any shortfall as a room fee. A service charge percentage applies to food and drink, with an override per event.
Priced wine dinner menusYesPrice menu and wine lines per person on the BEO. The kitchen copy prints without prices.
Setup for a wineryYesPick Winery or brewery at setup and you start with a barrel room, a patio, a wine dinner menu and a barrel room package to edit.
Outdoor layoutsYesDraw tents, lawns and string lights to scale in 2D, then walk the plan in 3D.
A public booking page for a sample venue: a month calendar, a button that says Ask about a date and a Filter events button.

Brewery event software for taprooms and beer halls

A brewery books its taproom, beer garden and private room the same way a winery books its barrel room. Each space gets a calendar, a buyout gets a contract and a deposit, and a beer dinner sells tickets. Toast, Square, Clover and Lightspeed sales from the taproom sync into the revenue report.

What we don’t do yet

  • No tasting reservations, wine club or shipping.
  • POS sales arrive as daily totals, not matched to one event or counted toward its minimum.

Winery and brewery questions.

What is winery event software?

Winery event software books the weddings, private events and ticketed dinners a winery hosts, and keeps the contracts, deposits, layouts and BEOs for each one.

Does it take tasting reservations?

No. MyVenueHQ runs events, not daily tastings or wine club shipments. Keep your tasting reservation and club tools and use us for weddings, buyouts and dinners.

Can we sell tickets to a wine dinner or a release party?

Yes. Sell tickets from your website, and ticket sales show in the revenue report beside deposits and bar sales.

Does it work outside the US?

Yes. Prices, proposals and invoices work in 21 currencies, including New Zealand dollars, rand, euros and pounds. Stripe takes card payments in all 21. Square takes cards only in USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, EUR and JPY.

What does it cost?

$0 for up to 10 events a month, then $49 a month for unlimited events and staff. Published starting prices elsewhere are $199 a month billed yearly for Perfect Venue and $375 a month per venue for Tripleseat.
