This page lists every cookie and every item MyVenueHQ saves in your browser, so you can see what is there and decide for yourself. Colorado Web Forge LLC operates MyVenueHQ. See the privacy policy for the rest of what we do with personal information.
The short version
- myvenuehq.com, our marketing site, sets no cookies.
- The app at app.myvenuehq.com sets a cookie to keep you signed in and two to protect its forms. Without them it can’t work.
- We use no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies and nothing that follows you from site to site.
- Because everything here is needed to run the Service or is something you asked for, we don’t show a cookie banner. The law doesn’t ask for your consent for those, and a banner that asked would only get in your way.

All of these belong to myvenuehq.com or app.myvenuehq.com. We set no third-party cookies.
Page view counts
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics on myvenuehq.com and in the app. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device. It records the page address, the page you came from, your browser and country, and counts visitors without following you across days or other sites. In the app we also send a few named events (such as “signup completed”) that carry page paths and button names, never your name, email or anything you typed.
Third parties that load content
A few pages load something from another company, and that company sees your IP address when your browser fetches it: Google Maps where a map is shown, YouTube or Vimeo where a venue has added a video (YouTube loads from its privacy-enhanced domain), a QR code image service when a venue shares a link, and a few texture images in the layout builder. The privacy policy lists them. Those companies may set their own cookies on their own pages; we don’t control that.
Your choices
- You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time. Signing in again restores the sign-in cookie; free-tool drafts and app preferences will be gone.
- If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the app sends no product events and saves no flags for them.
- Blocking all cookies for app.myvenuehq.com stops you signing in.
Changes
If we ever add something that needs your consent, we will ask for it before it is set, with “Reject all” as easy to press as “Accept all”, and update this page. Questions: hello@myvenuehq.com.
