One venue management platform in place of the booking tool, signing app, floorplan tool and spreadsheet most venues pay for separately.
Marked Venue: on the $100 plan. Everything else works on Free too.
Three facts about how MyVenueHQ is built and sold explain the price.
Invoices settle in your own Stripe, Square or PayPal and MyVenueHQ adds no fee. Venue has no per-seat charge, no per-ticket cut and no setup fee, so the bill is the plan and nothing else.
The calendar, proposals, contracts, invoices, floorplans and BEOs run on one event record, and bar sales sync into the same revenue reports. Nothing is retyped from one tool to the next, so the booking tool, signing app and floorplan tool stop being separate subscriptions.
You start free with no card and no demo. The MyVenueHQ team builds the product and sets up each founding venue’s first event with them.
Every limit, side by side. A Yes on Free means the full feature, with no time limit.

Up to 20 events a month, Free covers the calendar, inquiries, 2D and 3D event floor plans, banquet event orders (BEOs), menus and ticketing. It doesn’t expire. For a single BEO with no account at all, there’s the free BEO template, for one seating chart a free seating chart tool, and for the bar order a drink calculator.
Once you want contracts signed online, deposits taken on invoices, proposals, or bar sales synced from your tills, it’s $100 a month. It costs the same with two coordinators or twenty. The full feature list is on the home page.
Add a second or third site to the same account for $20 a month each, and get one calendar and group revenue across all of them, shared contacts and templates, and a single bill.

With MyVenueHQ it’s the limits, written down: one venue, 20 events, 250 contacts and 2 staff seats a month. Proposals, contracts, invoices and POS sync start on the $100 plan, and tickets sold on Free carry a 5% fee the buyer pays. There’s no card to start and no time limit.
A booking on your calendar. Inquiries don’t count toward the 20. If you reach 20 on Free, nothing you have booked is touched: new events pause until the first of next month, or until you upgrade.
The plan is the only thing MyVenueHQ charges: no fee on your invoices, no per-seat or per-ticket charge on Venue, and no setup fee. One event record also replaces the booking tool, signing app and floorplan tool most venues pay for separately, and you start free with no card and no demo call.
No. The Venue plan is $100 a month whether two people use it or twenty. Free includes two staff seats.
Yes, a 14-day trial on the Venue plan, and no setup fee.
No. Invoice payments go straight into your own Stripe, Square or PayPal account. Your processor charges its usual card fee; MyVenueHQ adds nothing on top.
Monthly. There’s no annual contract. To cancel, email hello@myvenuehq.com from the account owner’s address; the plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for.
