About MyVenueHQBuilt by a team you can reach.
We build MyVenueHQ for independent event and wedding venues, and we answer when you write.
MyVenueHQ is venue management software for event and wedding venues. It runs inquiries, bookings, e-signed contracts and invoices in one dashboard, with forms, 2D and 3D floor plans, menus, packages and BEOs beside them, and HQ, an AI assistant that drafts replies and answers questions from your own records. It syncs bar sales from your POS into its revenue reports. It is free for up to 10 events a month, then $49 a month. Colorado Web Forge LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, operates it, and venues use it under our terms of service. See what MyVenueHQ does on the home page.
Who runs MyVenueHQ
Colorado Web Forge LLC in Colorado, United States, operates MyVenueHQ. It sells the Venue plan, is the company venues contract with, and is the company named in our privacy policy and terms. We are a small team, and the people who write the software answer when a venue writes to hello@myvenuehq.com. We spend an hour setting up the first event of every venue on the Venue plan.
Who it serves
MyVenueHQ serves independent event and wedding venues: a barn, an estate, a garden or a hall with a few rooms and a small team, where one coordinator often handles the inquiry, the contract, the floorplan and the Saturday itself. Much venue software is built and priced for hotels and arenas. MyVenueHQ starts free and stays at one flat monthly price.
The venue’s clients get a portal where they see their events, invoices and documents, and pay invoices. Vendors can keep their own price lists current through a link, with no account.
The problem it solves
A venue’s inquiries, contracts, floorplans, banquet event orders and bar sales usually live in a booking tool, a signing app, a drawing tool, spreadsheets and the point of sale. MyVenueHQ keeps each booking in one dashboard, from the first inquiry through the proposal, e-signed contract, deposit invoice, 2D and 3D floorplan and BEO, and brings bar sales in from Square, Clover, Toast or Lightspeed.
The rules it is built by
Prices are public
Free for 10 events a month, then $49 a month and $15 for each extra venue, with no per-seat charge and no sales call to get a price.
Published limits are real limits
The software enforces the numbers on the pricing page and nothing lower. Hitting a limit never touches what you’ve already booked.
Your money is yours
Invoice payments go straight into the Stripe, Square or PayPal account you connect. MyVenueHQ never holds a venue’s money or takes a cut of it.
Your data is yours
You can download all of it from Settings, delete your account yourself, and leave in any month.
No borrowed proof
We show no testimonials or customer logos until a real venue agrees to be quoted. The home page demos show the product working instead.
How we handle your data
Our security and data handling page says what we do to protect venue data and how to report a problem. The privacy policy lists every company that handles personal information for us, how long we keep it, and your rights.
