The short answer

Open the Subscribe page, choose Monthly or Yearly, and press Start the 14-day trial. You enter a card on Stripe. Today you pay nothing, and on the day the trial ends we charge $49 a month or $490 a year unless you cancel first.

Subscribe

  1. Open the Subscribe page, or press the link in a limit notice. If you are signed out you are asked to sign up or in first, and returned here.
  2. Choose Monthly or Yearly, 2 months free.
  3. Press Start the 14-day trial. You move to Stripe Checkout, where you enter a card. You can type a promotion code there.
  4. After checkout you land on your dashboard with all Venue features. Today you pay $0.

What is charged

Nothing for 14 days. On the day the trial ends your card is charged $49 for a month or $490 for a year, then again each period until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. After a first payment you can have it back in full within 30 days. Email hello@myvenuehq.com.

What it does not do

  • Checkout is on Stripe, and the prices are in US dollars.
  • You cannot switch between monthly and yearly in the app after subscribing, and there is no pause. To change, cancel at the end of the period and subscribe again.
  • If you are already billed you see “You already have an active subscription” and are taken to your venues.
  • A trialing subscription counts as active, so a trial has every Venue feature.
  • MyVenueHQ does not turn on tax collection or ask for a tax ID at checkout.
  • Stripe emails receipts and failed-payment notices according to Stripe’s own settings. The app has no list of MyVenueHQ invoices or receipts.

Can I try the trial again after cancelling?
