Add a venue

1. Click the venue name at the top of the left rail, then Manage venues. This opens the Venues page.
2. Under Add a venue, type the Venue name and press Add venue. The line above the box says what an extra venue adds to your bill.
3. A message says “Venue added.” or, when a charge applies, “Venue added. Billing is updated.” The new venue appears under Your venues.
4. Press Open on its row, or pick it from the switcher.

What it costs

The Venue plan is $49 a month or $490 a year and includes one venue. Each extra venue adds $15 a month, or $150 a year on the yearly plan. It is a second line on the same subscription, charged for the rest of the period right away. Archiving a venue credits the same way, and restoring one adds it back from that day. The Free plan includes one venue. A second one needs the Venue plan.

Switching and roles

Click the venue name and pick another venue. The page reloads on the same screen for that venue. Each venue has its own role for you, so you can be the owner of one and on staff in another. Invitations are per venue. The Venues page also shows your role in each, your plan, and any invitation waiting for you.

To change which venue is included in the plan, open the row menu on the Venues page and choose Make this the primary venue. This changes no billing. The primary venue shows a Primary tag in the switcher.

What it does not do

• MyVenueHQ shows one venue at a time. There is no combined calendar, pipeline or revenue report across venues, and clients, templates, floor plans and settings are not shared between them.
• What is shared: your login, the subscription and its bill, and the list of venues.
• Invoice numbers share one counter across all venues, so each venue’s numbers can skip.
• A client who booked at more than one venue sees events and invoices from each in the client portal.
• Only accounts for venue managers can add venues. An account with no active plan is told “Needs an active plan”.
• A plan with no card on file, such as a gifted plan, cannot add a billed venue. Contact us.
• A lapsed subscription makes the account read-only, so a venue cannot be added until billing is active.
• AI credits are per venue: 500 a month for the first venue on the Venue plan and 200 for each other venue.
• A venue cannot be deleted from the Venues page, only archived.
